Our firm is responsible for property management of properties owned by the principals of the Company and private individuals/corporations. The management company has a portfolio of apartment complexes throughout Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. We are experienced and involved in all aspects including development, marketing, initial lease up, ongoing management of the physical asset, leasing office policies and procedures, employee training and renovation/rehab of properties. Our extensive experience comes from many years of successful management of USDA – Rural Development, HUD, Section 8, Section 236 and Section 42 tax credit properties. Our company is successful in turning around properties troubled with vacancies and deferred maintenance, thus resulting in improved cash flow.

We have many successful endeavors and relationships with agencies such as USDA, HUD, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Council for Affordable and Rural Housing Development of Ohio, Affordable Housing Association of Indiana and Council for Affordable Rural Housing.

The company maintains an expertise in the management of Affordable housing communities as well as Conventional properties. The company’s affordable housing experience includes a working knowledge for the following programs:
