Brett Burch graduated from Indiana State University's School of Business in May 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. His degree allowed him to emphasize in the areas of real estate finance and business management. Brett joined Valenti Real Estate Services, Inc. in December 2001 to head its Commercial Real Estate Service Divisions.
Previous to joining Valenti Real Estate Services, Brett held a position with Hokanson Companies, Inc. in its Leasing & Brokerage Department. Brett has provide real estate services to Firestone Building Products, Vectren Corporation, Wishard Health Services, Dominion Group, Union Federal Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Indiana State Teachers Association, Advance America, Pine Tree Commercial Realty, Tractor Supply Company and Phoenix Brands among others.
Specifically, Brett is experienced in the following capacities: tenant representation, office and retail landlord representation (including property management), lease analysis, investment brokerage, investment analysis and site acquisitions/dispositions.
Brett is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as Past President of the Alumni Corporation Board for Delta Sigma Phi at Indiana State University.
