Stacey "Eileen" Merrill joined Valenti Real Estate Services on a part-time
basis in July 2003 assuming the accounts receivable responsibilities. She has 20+ years of experience in the accounting field including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, financial statements, property tax preparation,
and General Ledger reconciliation.
Her Valenti Real Estate Services responsibilities include Accounts Receivable for commercial and residential
properties, commercial property billing and deposits, property management
fee calculation and reporting, Cleaning and Damage reports, and past due reporting along
with other miscellaneous accounting duties. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting.
